We had a blast at this year's Brighton Coffee Festival! Steve was on a panel discussion talking about the state of Hospitality in 2026 and it wasn't all doom and gloom. Yes we spoke about VAT and the rising pressures put on the industry by shrinking margins, but we also saw the positives. There's a real appetite for better coffee, and producers continue to push the boundaries with their processing to add value and customers are paying!
We brewed our Razzle Dazzle on the Community Brew Bar and it went down as well as we hoped. There's still some bags available to buy on the website, but it won't be around much longer.
We really enjoyed coffee from other great UK roasters over the festival too. Shout outs to Intermission, Ninth and Wood Street!
